The Alaskan singer and guitarist (born Jewel Kilcher) first drew attention in 1995 with her breakout album “Pieces of You” (certified platinum many times over) and scored with “You Were Made for Me” in 1997. Jewel was nominated for two Grammy Awards for the memorable single “Who Will Save Your Soul?” (certified platinum). Content with working in a small pro-bono law clinic in Washington, D.C. -- at the urging of his more practical longtime friend and colleague, George Riley (Craven) -- Turner reluctantly accepts the position of managing partner in the sponsoring law firm of Lyon, LaCrosse, and Levine in order to save the clinic. “The Lyon’s Den” was created by writer and executive producer Remi Aubuchon (“24”). Rob Lowe, Kevin Falls (“The West Wing”), Brad Grey (“The Sopranos”) and Bernie Brillstein (NBC’s “Just Shoot Me”) are the executive producers. Dan Sackheim (“Kingpin”) is executive producer and director. “The Lyon’s Den” is a production of 20th Century-Fox and Brad Grey Television. |
